Refund & Replacement Policy
Returns must be requested and approved before being sent. Please log into your customer account to submit a return request. If you checked out as a guest or are unable to access your account, please email us at shop@alchemycosmetica.com.au and we’ll assist you.
Replacements
If your product is defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery by submitting a return request through your customer account or by emailing us if you cannot access your account.
Once reviewed, we’ll either arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
All returns must be requested and approved before being sent. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed.
Items sent without prior approval may not be processed.
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Lash products must not be opened or worn (unless confirmed faulty)

Proof of purchase is required
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
We process and ship orders quickly. Once your order has been packed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
