Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During sale periods, promotions or busy times, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes once your order has been processed.

We ship using Australia Post and Shippit courier partners.

The shipping carrier used may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Australia Shipping

We offer:

• Express Shipping
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by their country.

Alchemy Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please check your tracking information first.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Alchemy Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.
